Manage financial, accounting, and operational software.
Prepare and analyze asset, liability, and capital account.
Summarize financial status through balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Maintain accounting controls and policies.
Reconcile bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
Maintain security of financial information and backups.
Review and adjust accounting books.
Analyze financial information and make recommendations.
Follow-up of customer accounts receivable, customer registration and authorization of customer credits.
Provide technical support and management advice.
Preparation and recording of monthly depreciation calculations.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Prepare financial statements and budgets.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Registration and control of bank loans.
Preparation of information for external audit and governmental agencies.
Communicate effectively with clients and maintain positive relationships.
Report work status and client issues to President.
Must have knowledge and proficiency in the following software: Bucen, Aplicon, Integranet, Acumatica, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, plus 36 months of experience as Accountant.
