Your Mission:
Pacifica Beauty is searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about the company products, mission, and the clients they serve.
To succeed in this Account Manager, Grocery position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, problem-solving skills, and able to work independently. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients and cross functional teams within the company.
Manage external relationships with buyers, brokers, & distributors
Leading the strategy, tactics, and execution of the business plan.
Build & manage Promo Calendars.
Execution of all line reviews/presentations across the entire portfolio of products.
Accurately forecast the business and proactively alerting leadership of major shifts in the business.
Reporting/Data Analysis - including weekly, monthly, and quarterly POS reporting.
Budget & Revenue Management.
Requirements
3-5 Years of experience as an Account Manager, with grocery accounts
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Customer centric mindset with strong written and oral communication.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong cross-functional experience.
Strong team orientation with interpersonal skills to support.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
