Description:

Betches Media is looking for an Account Manager to join the Sales & Partnerships team and be responsible for acting as a post-sale project manager, handling the organization, execution and post-campaign wrap-up requirements of advertiser partnerships. In this role, you will manage client conversations and expectations across all multi-platform Betches Media channels including custom social, video, podcasts, newsletters and events. This role will also include some pre-sale support for key campaign projects as well.


The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a solution-based mentality, has experience managing custom, social-first branded content, and excellent attention to detail. This role will report to the Senior Director of Account Management and will work alongside various members of the company (Sales SVP, Account Executives, Marketing & Social/Digital teams).


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as project manager handling post-sale deliverables and client communication across custom social media, podcast, web & event based campaigns
  • Work closely with content, podcast and marketing teams to ensure campaign deliverables are met in a timely manner
  • Pull campaign delivery reporting, including delivered impressions & engagements, leveraging internal and external benchmarks to communicate campaign success in wrap decks
  • Contribute to pre-sale campaign strategy and planning
  • Assist SVP, AEs, & Senior Director of Account Management on all campaigns to ensure successful, timely launches with strong return business rates
  • Strategize with sales team to improve performance, processes, and procedures


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant media experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant custom, social-first branded content management experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail; strong organization skills are required
  • Self-starter who’s able to work without constant supervision
  • Creative thinker with a solution-based mentality (you will be the main contact for clients on each campaign)
  • Familiarity with digital research, media sales and campaign analytics tools
  • Must have general experience in excel, powerpoint & ability to quickly learn to work within social platform analytics tools like TikTok Ads Manager & Facebook Ads Manager


Compensation:

The expected annual base salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation and offer package will include the following perks below.
