Job Title: Access Developer

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Develop and maintain Access databases to support business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze database requirements.
• Create database schemas, tables, queries, forms, and reports to fulfill business needs.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Access databases.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on database usage.
• Keep updated on the latest Access development tools and trends.
• Work closely with other developers and IT teams to integrate Access databases with other systems.
• Document database design, development, and maintenance processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Previous experience as an Access Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, including advanced knowledge of Access forms, queries, macros, and VBA programming.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and design principles.
• Experience optimizing database performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist: Access) are advantageous.
