Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a 401k/Pension Consultant at ERA Admin. As a 401k/Pension Consultant, you will be responsible for the A-Z administration of your book of business.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience managing your own block of business
  • Experience in consulting and providing advanced plan design solutions to clients
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Industry credentials are preferred
  • Employment type
