BCC is seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Summer Analyst to join our Washington, DC-based team in the spring or summer of 2025. 


About the Summer Analyst Program:

BCC offers a Summer Analyst Program, for rising seniors or soon to be graduate students from an accredited undergraduate University. The position provides an excellent opportunity to discover firsthand what a full-time BCC Analyst role entails. The BCC Summer Analyst  Program will be an immersive experience where the Summer Analysts will get experience to deal structures, financial analysis & modeling, the due diligence process, presentations, client communications and more.


Summer Analysts are involved in engagements across a variety of industries and service lines. In this role, the Summer Analyst will support and work with our team to support various research and transaction execution activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare transaction marketing materials including Pitchbooks, Teasers, Confidential Investment Memorandums, and Management Presentations
  • Conduct in-depth valuation and modeling work; DCFs, Comparable, Precedents analysis and more
  • Research investment opportunities in our respective areas of expertise
  • Conduct financial and industry research to support buy and sell-side activities
  • Analyze industry and company specific data to draw compelling conclusions


Qualifications:

  • Previous internship experience in Investment Banking or a related financial field preferred
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited College or University
  • Strong GPA performance
  • Actively pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field 
  • Proven ability to problem solve and think creatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to conduct complex financial modeling and analysis
