Key Job Accountabilities

Social Listening and Competitive Research

  • Keep up-to-date on the latest products, trends, campaigns, insights across platforms (social media, blog, print/digital magazines)
  • Continuously compile information about competitive new launches, advertising, and formulas.
  • Present competitive and pop culture findings to team and/or brand managers.
  • Create visual and social story-telling angles to pitch and sell our brand projects and products, including mailers and gifting

PR and Communications

  • Propose brand or launch opportunities based on analysis of competitive landscape and trends that align with the brand identity
  • Generate ideas and write creative concepts for talent briefs, events, and PR.
  • Create product launch materials for press including press releases, Q&As, pitch briefs and angles
  • Create Mood boards for concepts and creative briefs
  • Create influencer briefs
  • Assist in preparation for team/brand meetings, including bi-yearly trends presentation to Global CEO
  • Assist with global spokes to drive brand visibility and press buzz
  • Support communication efforts to ensure strong coverage around brand initiative launches, spokes, and cause
  • Support eventing efforts to drive brand’s cool factor
  • Support global brand cause initiatives including presentations, country reporting, and NGO partnerships

Administrative support

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects specific to business/division needs
  • Provide additional administrative support on an as-needed basis
  • Detail oriented

Required Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree or MA degree
  • Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written, analytical and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of data management and ability to use Excel to organize data, create reports, and deliver meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Strong time & project management skills

Salary Range: $28.50/hr
