“Srdjan is an avid technophile and an energetic builder. During my time at Lifion, he was my manager and we often engaged in deep discussions about architecture and the trade-offs inherent in different approaches. He dives deeply into technology and is well-versed across the spectrum from PBXs and blockchain to metadata-driven programming or languages such as Rust, Javascript and Go. As my manager, he focused on two things primarily: getting things done and getting things done right, in that order. He was easy-going, but had no trouble with holding us accountable, and expected the same from his reports. His preferred mode of communication was clear guidance and rarely, if ever, resorted to micro-management. He helped me lead my own team after 3 months of reporting to him and provided support as needed. He also beat me in table tennis once (ok, maybe twice). He has never let me forget that.”
