“Nicole was my 2024 AIGA Mentor and meeting with her has been so valuable! Nicole not only shared invaluable insights into product design but also served as a supportive figure as I navigated my first steps beyond academia. Through our discussions, I've gained a deeper understanding of what it takes to build design systems and be a practicing designer in the world. Drawing on her experience in design leadership and UX, our talks have helped me to develop my skills in project management and effective communication. I am sincerely grateful for Nicole's mentorship. She has not only helped me navigate the early stages of my career but has also instilled in me the confidence to continue building and evolving as a designer. She’s a great cheerleader with a passion for advocating for better-designed systems - something I believe we need more of. She also has great taste in books.”
