I lead a vibrant synagogue which serves 520 households, 100+ preschool students and more than 218 religious school students. Duties include overseeing an $11 million construction project (to combine two brownstones into an expanded Brooklyn Heights space) along with membership, development, communications, administration, ritual and personnel issues.

Supporting Penn State Hillel’s mission to enrich the lives of more than 5,000 Jewish students at Penn State through recruiting, fundraising, alumni relations and leadership development. The capstone project is funding and building a 16,000 square-foot Hillel in downtown State College, which opened in 2022.

West Brooklyn Waterfront Mutual Aid was founded in March 2020 by concerned volunteers from Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Red Hook, Gowanus, Park Slope and beyond as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We buy and deliver groceries, diapers, PPE and cleaning supplies. We pick up medicine from the pharmacy. We walk dogs. We are 100% self-funded by generous donations from community members. I'm helping with food (purchasing and delivering) as well as communications.

Provided ongoing leadership and commitment to the college through recruiting, student mentoring, externships and personal philanthropy. In 2021, my family funded an Educational Equity Scholarship.

I'm the Reuters representative for The Deadline Club, which is the largest chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, and the society’s 2013 Large Chapter of the Year. Founded in New York City in 1925, it has around 300 members working in newspapers, magazines, radio, television and the Internet, as well as retired journalists and journalism educators.

The CYFI Awards recognize the global efforts and successes of individuals and organizations in the following categories: Financial Services Pioneer Award, Civil Society Leadership Award, Country Award, and Global Money Week Award.

I chair the Women's Initiative for Networking and Success (WINS) work/life committee at my company's headquarters. I organized a company-wide annual WINS Leadership meeting for 100+ global employees.
