    Recognizing a need to arm cross-functional partners with a deep understanding of our brand to ensure all business activities laddered up to strategic brand
    positioning. I launched the first-ever internal advocacy campaign by creating talk worthy experiences that motivated and encouraged employees to be brand
    ambassadors regardless of function. This activation included customized pitches to 15 internal stakeholder groups and 5+ strategic retailer partners, equating to a total direct reach of 5,000 stakeholders. Brand collateral was also deployed in 18 areas of high traffic.

    The creative used to support this initiative which I led in-partnership with the in-house agency, won Gold in the environmental category.

    The KitchenAid brand “Marks” campaign rose to the top among hundreds of submissions in a rigorous review, assessing multiple dimensions and criteria. This included methodology and astuteness of insight, strength of the creative idea, and resulting performance. The brand was awarded this honor in response to its innovative research and the unique and ownable brand insights that drove the campaign.

    I led a 5-person cross-functional team to victory with a concept to develop a multicultural marketing campaign, to authentically connect with and leverage the Hispanic community. Through thoughtful research, concept testing, media strategy and creative development this multi-touch campaign launched in specific geographic locations and ran as part of a 2-month test
