The best part about being active on LinkedIn is the people you meet. Don't be afraid to send a direct message (providing value) and offer to meet people in person that are close to you.

My Executives love publicly calling out their sales team members in a good way on LinkedIn. It's an easy lift way to show someone how much you appreciate them.

One of my favorite parts about posting on LinkedIn is that I get to share my learning. It holds me accountable to continuously learning something every day because I post 5x per week.

I love working with teams to help their sellers understand they all have something valuable to share. No matter who it is, there is someone that can learn from all of us. It's just about gaining the confidence to post.

I think if you focus on 1 ICP and sharing your unique story, then the rest will flow. So many people try to make the perfect post every time, but just focusing on helping 1 person helps hold me accountable to posting so often.

Finding people who are connected to your buyers is a competitive advantage. Don't just look to network with your buyers. Look to network with people who connect with your buyers that could make an intro. And when you network, ALWAYS focus on providing value to the other person and trust that the long game will work out.
