“Bianca is an incredible leader and designer. I began at Practice Promotions with her in May of 2019 as an intern. She helped lead the intern program at Practice Promotions and when I took a full-time position in June of 2021 she remained my direct manager. The entire time Bianca was able to push herself as a creative while still remaining a mentor I could always turn to for advice or questions. She always equipped me with the information needed for any tasks she assigned me to and was constantly helping me grow as a designer by sending resources my way.
