“I was lucky enough to have worked with Alice at two companies. We first met as colleagues at Rocket Lawyer, Alice was kind enough to mentor me through the ins and outs of Product Design. Later I reported to Alice at Roofstock. She's a hard worker and process-oriented designer, these qualities helped her scale the design team from 3 to 13 designers. At the time, Roofstock was in a hyper-growth stage experiencing growing pains. Despite the ever-changing environment, Alice was a poised, transparent, and empathetic leader.
