“Ashis joined the CrowdStrike IT team as the resident Compute/Virtualization architect and engineer. The team was relatively small and functioned in a high-velocity environment, so membership required a high degree of efficiency and a deep knowledge pool for each subject matter expert. Ashis impressed me even before his first day on the job. Over a period of two weeks, we spent at least several evening hours discussing the next step in the team's virtualization road-map, assessing vendors for the correct technology fit for our needs and ultimately settling on a hyper-converged 3.0 virtualization solution that best fit our needs.
