    Activities and Societies: Volunteered as a legal intern at the Movement for Quality Government in Israel, an organization which is dedicated to the proposition that democracy must be actively nurtured, never more so than in a young country like Israel. Over the years, the MQG has established itself as the nation's preeminent citizen watchdog organization and peerless advocate for public accountability and the rule of law.

    The HUL is the oldest law school in Israel, and is composed of 40 full-time professors, 100 adjunct professors, 50 instructors and 1,500 students in LLB, LLM/MA and LLD/PhD. All courses are taught by top academics and practitioners, with vast experience and notable achievements in the study and application of Human Rights and International Law, as well as in International Commercial Law.

    In addition to reducing the workforce involved, we also wanted to improve our conversion rates and the potential applicant experience and first impression. Hence, to fully understand the behavior of our potential applicants, we have analyzed the traffic…

    Before the use of the chatbot, we were running traditional campaigns as a method to spread the word and drive applications, but of those who visited our website only 1 out of 244 potential applicants completed the online applications.

    In addition to reducing the workforce involved, we also wanted to improve our conversion rates and the potential applicant experience and first impression. Hence, to fully understand the behavior of our potential applicants, we have analyzed the traffic and user flow on our website, and the most frequently asked questions. We began working with a partner who have provided us their easy-to-use and cost-effective platform to centralize all of the information. Our team worked on the content, starting with a complex flowchart mapping process and zooming into a simple drag & drop into the platform. We are now able to give our potential applicants and students the information they need in their first connection with us, answer relevant questions immediately, and guide them directly to our online application.

    I am very proud to say that the results are better than we ever imagined. During the first week in which we were live we had 3,491 bot conversations, with 1,404 of those users (40%) continuing to our website, and 762 of those completing the process, giving us 22% conversion rates, in addition to an impressive 86% decrease of our CPA compared to our campaigns during 2018.

    it was well known in Kidum that 30% of those who take the GMAT test don't take a GMAT course. I initiated an examination into the reasons – and learned that of those 30%, half don't take a course simply because they don't have the time to commit to the long courses we offered. I pitched and helped build an 'express' course offering – a short and condensed course aimed at this crowd; an offering which gained great success and increases Kidum's market share by more than 10%.

    We changed the brand's logo, image, marketing strategy and advertising themes. We aimed to reposition the brand in order to distance it from negative connotations of the previous branding and hence to make it upmarket. Part of the process was increasing the price, adding more products etc.
