“Alli is one of those rare individuals you’ll remember for a lifetime. She’s a person with so much talent, it’s hard to fit her impact into a single box—so I broke it down into two main buckets. Leadership: I had the pleasure of working with Alli for almost three years and cannot express enough how lucky I feel to have witnessed her talent. I saw Alli grow from being an incredibly skilled designer, to art director, to an exceptional creative leader and mentor to others on the team. In addition to her wealth of design knowledge and skills, Alli’s key strength is that she leads with her heart. During her time at Bumble, she made tremendous efforts to get to know everyone on the team; would advocate for people she knew deserved to be recognized; and genuinely wanted to help people become their best selves. She would ALWAYS put the individuals on her team first. She was, truly, an inspiring leader for those who got to work with her. Design Culture: During our time together, she played an integral role in helping me grow our design talent at Bumble. From recruiting to coming up with design and culture-specific questions during the interview process—she enhanced the way we approached our hiring. She also cared a great deal about the onboarding experience and aided the creation of one of the most detailed documents I have ever seen for our new hires. Needless to say, she created many useful documents for the company and was proactive about everything (not even exaggerating). I could go on about Alli’s talents but to keep things semi short I will summarize with this: Alli is a one-of-a-kind creative and empathetic leader who I would happily work with again (and again). So, if you ever encounter the opportunity to work with or hire Alli, do not turn it down. Trust me. ”

“Alli is an A+ creative. She’s organized, thoughtful, innovative and a dedicated worker. During our time together at Bumble we worked on both experiential activations and consumer facing merchandise. Alli brings a fresh, caring perspective to her work and sees everything through to the finish line. She isn’t afraid to have a bold perspective that she sticks to in order to protect a brand or creative vision. She works well with others and is an incredibly enjoyable colleague. Alli is thorough with her work and always behind a project with an organizational system to keep things on track.
