Important to know
LinkedIn has removed all previously submitted member salary information. If you previously privately submitted salary information, no action is needed, this data will be removed.
If you’ve submitted your salary through LinkedIn Salary, you’ll have the option to delete your salary submission on the Settings & Privacy page.
To delete your salary submission:

Click the
Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage. -
Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown.

Click the Data privacy section on the left rail.

Under the How LinkedIn uses your data section, click Change next to Salary data on LinkedIn.

Click Delete next to the salary data you’d like to delete.
- Your changes will be saved automatically.
Member salary information submitted to LinkedIn will remain private and isn’t viewable by anyone else. It won't be added to your LinkedIn profile or displayed on your profile in any way. Furthermore, your individual salary information won't be shared with anyone, including companies or recruiters.
