Type a search term in the global search bar at the top of the Recruiter homepage and select the most relevant job title or select Start a new Recruiter search.

• You can also select Search by ideal candidate or  Advanced filters.

(Recruiter only) Click Show filters on the left pane to expand the search filters.

Click the global search bar and select  Search by ideal candidate from the dropdown.

In the Ideal candidate(s) field, enter the candidate name(s), and select their name in the dropdown.

• If the candidate's name doesn't appear, try adding their company as well.
• We recommend limiting your search to fewer than five candidates for optimal results. You don't have to be connected with the candidate(s).

Click Create search.

Click your project title. You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

Click the Talent pool tab of your project.

(Recruiter only) Click Show filters on the left pane to expand the search filters.

Use the search filters on the left to modify your search.

• Click Clear all or Clear search to start a new search from within your project.
