NIWA 2.0: Embarking on an Elevated Professional Journey! 🚀
We are thrilled to announce a significant change of NIWA’s focus starting from September! Since so many of our members are interested in developing their career, growing professionally, and establishing themselves in Austria, NIWA is embarking on a mission to provide assistance through the following workshops and events:
✅ Career development workshops focused on improving job-searching skills, resume building, interviewing, and other related topics. These workshops will be aimed at both entry-level and experienced professionals.
✅ Professional Networking Events bringing together migrant women, local professionals, and companies in Austria that will foster professional connections and create job opportunities.
✅ Financial Education Programs that will cover topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, and other financial literacy topics that will help women achieve financial independence.
✅ Online Training Courses that will provide access to training and career development resources and cover a wide range of topics, including language skills, computer skills, and other technical skills.
✅ Mentorship Programs that will connect our members with established professionals in their field, provide guidance and support.
The workshops will be designed in a way to support our members not only in securing employment in Austria, but also in building their self-confidence and improving their skills, exploring passions, and establishing valuable connections with like-minded women.
We don't forget that having fun is an essential component of personal growth. Therefore, NIWA will still organize various social events such as hikes, picnics, pub quizzes, and yoga classes. These gatherings will serve as opportunities to forge new friendships, unwind, and have a good time.
