I am thrilled to announce the launch of Zenni Optical's Center of Excellence (COE) in the Philippines. We embarked on this journey in September 2023 with a commitment to elevate our customer experience by building an in-house contact center to further enhance our award-winning customer service organization. We celebrated this milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and launch party on May 27th, joined by over 200 colleagues and guests. The COE currently comprises over 125 customer service advocates, support staff, and management, with plans for continued growth in our modern, employee-centric site in the heart of Makati. Launching a contact center of this size at this speed wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support from our executive leadership. I am fortunate to have three leaders who are steadfast believers in the importance of customer experience: Julia Zhen, David Ting, and Errol Pinto. Zenni's customer-obsessed culture is very real, and the launch of our COE is a testament to this commitment. The growth of our COE from inception to a thriving workforce of talented and passionate CS professionals fills me with gratitude. I am so excited for the future of Zenni CS and the exceptional experiences awaiting our customers. Zenni's core mission is to 'See Better, Live Better'. In our third year at De Youngster’s Day Out, we continued to expand eye care access with product donations, glasses vouchers, and vision screenings, assisting over 400 kids through VR this year. Children who completed the screenings received custom EyeQLenz glasses with inspirational quotes for Mental Health Awareness Month. Our AI Sketchbot provided a unique takeaway — personalized guest portraits created in 45 seconds. Proceeds from the event support the de Young’s Equity School Partnership Project to make art accessible to all Bay Area students.
