Sneak peek of our action-packed #YouthCoLabSummit2024 Day 1! We started with powerful opening remarks from Bruno Carrasco, Director General of CCSD at the Asian Development Bank; Selva Ramachandran, UNDP Resident Representative in the Philippines; Paul Raymond Arnaldo Favila, Citi Philippines Banking Head; Assistant Secretary Michel Kristian Ablan from the Department of Trade and Industry; and Intan Rahmaningtyas, Co-Founder of Lestari Jamuku. This was followed by an inspiring session of Youth Co:Lab Talks: Journey to Impact, featuring young innovators creating waves through #InclusiveEntrepreneurship. It’s the season to highlight youth-led entrepreneurship! The #YouthCoLabSummit2024 is envisioned to highlight, encourage, and celebrate the role of youth in our crucial Decade of Action. It aligns with “Inclusive Entrepreneurship,” showcases and inspires youth action from underserved communities, and encourages youth to contribute to solutions to support the most excluded and hardest-to-reach groups. This year’s Summit will be a space to promote inclusivity in entrepreneurship and support climate solutions and initiatives led by young entrepreneurs with a nexus on leveraging young people’s digital skills and advancing the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), which are essential to the agenda of leaving no one behind.
