What I love about working for Exec is the flexibility it gives the "buyers" of a leadership coaching investment. Since I have spent more time on the "buy-side" as a Chief People Officer, Comp Committee chair and a board member, it gives me confidence that Exec has both parties' interests in mind -- the client and the buyer.
