Testing is everything. Watch a Wisk propeller being tested in a Boeing wind tunnel. Our partnership with Boeing gave us access to their V/STOL test facility in Philadelphia, PA. Ultimately, these advanced propellers will be mounted on the booms of our aircraft. Did we mention there will be SIX tilting propellers on our Gen 6 aircraft?

At Wisk, we’re making everyday, autonomous flight a reality for everyone.
About us
Wisk is an Advanced Air Mobility company developing the first autonomous, electric vertical takeoff and landing air taxi in the U.S. In 2010, our team set out to explore the possibilities of electric, vertical takeoff and landing flight. Since then, we have developed multiple generations of aircraft and conducted more than 1600+ test flights. In 2023, Wisk became a fully-owned subsidiary of Boeing. While we operate separately, this relationship allows us to tap into Boeing’s development, testing, and certification expertise, and more. Headquartered in Mountain View, CA with locations around the world, our vision of delivering safe, everyday flight for everyone is closer than ever to becoming reality.

✅ At Wisk, we're designing our aircraft to meet or exceed the highest possible aviation standard. ⚡ In this photo, Esperanza Acevedo, Sr. Composites Technician, is hand forming a piece of "lightning strike" or copper mesh screen. Lightning strike allows a continuous conductive path for the lightning current to flow through in the event that an aircraft is struck by lightning. 🤝 Every member of our talented team plays a critical role in making our mission of safe, everyday flight for everyone, a reality. #WorkAtWisk #AAM

🤝 Bringing safe, everyday flight to everyone is an industry-wide effort. Our self-flying first approach will redefine long-standing concepts of flight and usher in a safer, scalable, and more accessible era in aviation. This week we had the opportunity to demonstrate our flight technology to members of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Japan Airlines, and Boeing and its industry partners. Together, we will shape the future of flight.

A big thank you to Boeing for their continued backing of Wisk Montreal 🇨🇦! The future is not far away; we are building it right here, right now! We were proud to stand alongside Premier François Legault, François-Philippe Champagne, Pierre Fitzgibbon, Dr. Brendan Nelson, Jean-Yves Duclos and Melanie Lussier at Aéro Montréal's International Aerospace Innovation Forum. Our shared goal is to make Quebec a hub for aerospace innovation. #FutureOfFlight #WiskMontreal

On behalf of Wisk, we applaud today’s passage of the FAA Reauthorization, which provides long-term direction and stability for the Federal Aviation Administration. Thank you to the House and Senate Committees, their respective leaders, and staff who worked tirelessly to get this critical piece of legislation passed. We look forward to helping implement many of its provisions to establish and integrate advanced air mobility into the national airspace system and usher in the next era of safe, autonomous aviation. https://lnkd.in/dCzbiReJ #eVTOL #autonomy #AAM

In the dynamic world of aviation, where every component must work flawlessly together, there's a silent grounded hero known as the Iron Bird. The Iron Bird is a grand stage where all the aircraft's subsystems - avionics, ESPs, flight controls, and more - come together for a symphony of functionality.
