The Whole Cyber Human Initiatives 501(c)(3) is dedicated to crafting meaningful workforce development paths for transitioning veterans, among others, and to fostering educational opportunities in collaboration with schools and local and state agencies. Through strategic grant efforts, we aim to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary for thriving in today’s digital landscape. Our programs are designed to provide technical cybersecurity training and instill a comprehensive set of skills that prepare individuals for the challenges and opportunities of the future workforce. About us
The Whole Cyber Human Initiative (WCHI) is a means of redefining how we look at and develop talent in Cybersecurity and IT. With a 1.8 million person talent shortage and people struggling to find work in the industry, we look to be the bridge. By looking past the resume and providing free and low-cost trainings, we start to develop the “Whole Cyber Candidate”. We take the Candidates and secure talent shortages to provide clients results and them experience. With $500M per state in critical infrastructure and our impending cyber risk, we are looking to partner with State offices and Cyber Task Forces to fulfill their talent or contract needs. The WCHI not only opens the notoriously difficult doors into the industry to all, it will secure our next 20 years.

Gatekeepers, I am sorry for what I must do, but 29 April was a monumental day where the National Cyber Director conducted a press release encouraging "Adoption of Skill-based Hiring". Monumental, because we at Whole Cyber Human Initiative Inc. 501(c)(3) have been operating to get hands-on skills in front of talented folks that "Gatekeepers" have denied passage. It is #mensmentalhealth awareness month. As a #veteran suffering with mental anguish, I weaponize and harness it as a superpower to craft curriculums and now with AI, I can turn my journal and poetry into something for the masses.
