How is artificial intelligence going to transform the hiring and recruiting process? More importantly, how can staffing leaders continue to deliver value to our clients and candidates? Our own Megan Hoef and Keith Echols attended Bullhorn Engage in Boston to find out. Along the way, we connected with team members from our SaaS partner and other industry leaders, sharing and listening to strategies for maximizing the efficiency of placements and enhancing the job search experience. As always, we appreciated the chance to learn from and exchange ideas with our industry peers. See you all next year! #HiringStrategies #AIInRecruiting #Bullhorn #StaffingInnovation

After a long day in the office, we all need to unwind sometimes. Maybe you bowl a few frames or hit a few long drives. If you’re part of w3r Consulting, you do both in one evening! On May 19, members of our team came together for an evening at Five Iron Golf and Detroit Duckpin Bowling! We bowled some strikes, drove balls into the digital green (and sand trap), and made memories. What more could you want? #TeamBuilding #Bowling #TeamOuting #EmployeeEngagement #w3rTeam

When we started the business, there weren’t many black tech leaders to mentor us. That’s why we try to be the mentors we needed and impart our lessons whenever we can. William Brown, III, an MBA student at USC Marshall School of Business, reached out to Keith Echols, Executive Vice President at w3r Consulting, for some advice and he recorded the conversation. Now, we can hear the interview and gain the insights yourselves! https://lnkd.in/e-giukEn #w3rConsulting #DiversityInTech #BlackTechLeaders #Mentorship

How do you fight hunger and food insecurity? Start by planting the food that will feed people weeks and months down the line. With that goal in mind, the w3r Consulting team volunteered at the Forgotten Harvest Farms, planting an acre of watermelons, likely to produce 10,000 lbs. of food, and removing stones that could have caused hundreds of dollars in damage to farming equipment. Fingers crossed, but the work we did the other day can help keep food pipelines and stomachs full. Thanks to Lora G., Craig Ingram, Leanne Summers, Dawn Wetherbee, and Marcella Nasr for all their hard work.

Our team just keeps on giving at Forgotten Harvest! While some of our people contributed to future harvests, other members of the w3r Consulting team volunteered their time to fight food insecurity here and now. Tim Dacey, Stacey Sieber, Angela Clarke, lora yousif, Jeanine Bashi, and Sue Gillis helped to sort and pack nutritious food for families in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb County. We’re proud of the work they did on the front line to relieve hunger and maintain the health of our local communities! #ForgottenHarvest #CommunityService #TeamBuilding #w3rConsulting
