Last week, we launched the Spring session of our Leadership Eggcelerator people leader development program! The program kicked off with a two-day in-person interactive workshop taught by our own eggs-pert leaders. Participants attended carefully curated sessions to invoke learning and collaboration based on shared experiences—from mastering the art of effective communication to navigating the complexities of team dynamics. The secret ingredient to our leadership development recipe? A cohort-based model that had our leaders bonding, collaborating, and forging those cross-functional connections that make Vital Farms thrive. Our participants' diverse backgrounds and experiences created gold mines of wisdom and insight! The journey will continue with five months of virtual sessions and group work to solidify the valuable learnings. We can't wait to see our leaders' impact on the crew they support!
