JD is as Below: SAP Functional /configurator who can help design, configure, maintain, enhance and develop SAP applications primarily in SAP ISU/CCS and CRM module supporting key back-office processes for the utility industry. Must Have: Georgia, USA Gas / Electric retail market transaction experience and SAP IDEX configuration. Specifically: Call Center support – Acquisition and retention FICA, account determination, Billing, invoicing, device management, bill print, account maintenance, payments, collections, electric or gas market transactions (consumption, invoices, payments, account changes) and intercompany data exchange (IDE and IDEX). Experience in Georgia (USA) Market transaction is required, and Texas Market transaction and Northeast knowledge is an added advantage. Strong understanding of electricity and gas utilities and retail industry as well as the meter-to-cash processes required. Experince Needed: • 8 + years of work experience with utility industry • A minimum of 4 + years of experience with SAP-ISU IDEX functions and processes.
