Saving lives through the power of organ donation.
About us
Texas Organ Sharing Alliance (TOSA) is one of 58 federally-regulated organ procurement organizations in the United States. Established in 1975 as South Texas Organ Bank, TOSA serves Central and South Texas offering organ recovery and donation services for individuals and families who wish to offer others a second chance at life via organ donation. Through our efforts and dedication of staff in our corporate office in San Antonio and regional offices in Austin and McAllen, TOSA has been recognized as one of San Antonio's Top Workplaces and named the 2014 Top Workplace Small Business Winner by the San Antonio-Express News.

"After extensive testing, I was confirmed as a match to be a living kidney donor for my best friend, Alyssa. We had our surgery at the end of February, and we are both recovering now and doing very well. I am so grateful to have been a match for my lifelong best friend. Any time with her is a gift to me, and I could ask for nothing more. We have spent our entire lives together, and it seems like more than a coincidence that we matched with each other for donation...we were meant to be friends. Our friendship has withstood the many tests of time and has now blessed us with hopefully many more full years of fun and happiness together. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to even have the opportunity to give my most beloved friend more time, as she means more than the world to me." –Caitlin, living kidney donor. 💙💚 #BestFriendsDay #DonateLife Learn more about living donation at DonateLife.net.
