I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve been selected as an official participant in the 2024 Keychange U.S. Talent Development Program! This program offers mentorship, networking, professional development sessions with industry leaders, and showcase/speaking opportunities for 25 women and gender-expansive artists and innovators nationwide. I’m incredibly honored to have been selected out of their largest applicant pool yet and feel more grounded than ever in my purpose of supporting independent artists. I'm looking forward to building relationships with other women + gender-expansive folks who share my vision and growing Selenite Records into all I imagined it would be. Thank you Keychange US for the opportunity and their donors TuneCore and Believe for the support!

A few weeks ago I attended my first Ivor Novello Awards in London. It was so great to see former colleagues like Roberto Neri CEO of The Ivors Academy as well as good friends like Eve Horne and spend time with my incredible TuneCore artists like James TW. Huge congrats Roberto on an incredible evening where songwriters like Raye (who won Songwriter of the Year) and Bruce Springsteen (winning the Academy Fellowship Award) left us fully inspired! I also want to extend a huge congrats to my colleagues at Sentric for winning the Best Album Award for “Black Classical Music”. This is the 2nd year in a row Sentric has taken home the Ivor in this category, with a special shout out to Chris Meehan, Peter McCamley and the entire Sentric team for all they do each day to support songwriters. I continue to be so blessed to be working with the Sentric team who powers the song registration and royalty collection technology and services for TuneCore’s songwriters. #topvoices #independentartists #musicindustry #musicinnovation #artistdevelopment #songwriters Sarah Wilson FCIM

Last month we had the privilege of attending Fast Company's 2024 Most Innovative Companies gala where we were honored for making the Most Innovative list in Music for the 2nd year in a row. We are honored to be seen as a company who is setting the standard in the music industry. This year we've been included on the list for TuneCore Accelerator, the powerhouse program that helps artists find new audiences and propel fan discovery at each phase of development. More than 80,000 independent artists are enrolled in TuneCore Accelerator marketing programs across multiple DSPs. In the first quarter following TuneCore Accelerator’s launch, nearly 10,000 artists increased their streams by an average of 143% compared to the previous quarter and moved to a higher development segment. I feel so lucky to be part of the Believe group where we passionately build products and initiatives that are driving growth for our artists! This innovation would not have been possible without the incredible work we all put in to build the program together as a group between TuneCore and Believe! Special thanks to Vincent DUCROHET, Sophie Dalenconte, Adrian Iorgulescu, Julie Emberger, Yohan Choukroun, Amy Lombardi, Hayley Roets, Coleman Haynes, Ace Elijah Burgess, Dipanjan Kolay, Ben Oastler, Aparna B., Erica Quinn who were instrumental in making this innovation possible. Its an honor to work with each of you and thanks for all you do each day to drive impact for our artists! Let’s keep going!
