Our mission is to promote an enhanced quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
About us
For more than 55 years, Trudeau has served as the area’s leading provider of services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are one of the few human service organizations that serve individuals at all stages of life. We currently work with over 2,000 consumers annually throughout Rhode Island and in some cities and towns in nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our mission is to promote an enhanced quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. We envision a diverse community where all people are valued and treated with dignity, and have access to resources to help them lead productive lives. We serve all individuals with compassion and respect, and are accessible and responsive. We actively seek their input to better serve their needs.
