We are thrilled to welcome Blake Bickmore to the Trademark team as our new Vice President of Development.✨ With a stellar career spanning over a decade, Blake brings a wealth of experience in mixed-use, office, retail, and multifamily development. Since 2011, he has been instrumental in over $2.5 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions. Learn more about Blake. 👉 Before joining us, he served as Director of Development for Crescent Communities in Dallas, TX, where he led significant commercial projects from site acquisition to execution. His previous roles include positions at Dilweg Companies in Durham, NC, and Reef Capital Partners in Salt Lake City, UT. Blake holds an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. He is also an active member of ULI, NAIOP, and TREC. Now Open!✨ Last week H&M celebrated the reopening of its store at Galleria Dallas, now featuring the first H&M Home in the Southwest and the 10th in the U.S. The impressive 20,000-square-foot transformation offers an elevated shopping experience for fashion enthusiasts. The location includes collections for women, men, accessories, and kids, each in dedicated sections. H&M Home, known for its design-driven approach, provides stylish décor and accessories for every room and style.
