We are truly a community here, and I love being surrounded by friends all day every day. 💖 Pink Lily: When you're not at work, what do you enjoy doing?  ✨ Allie: When not at work, I enjoy hanging out with my husband and son - we love to watch Wheel of Fortune together! 💖 Pink Lily: What piece of advice would you share with someone aspiring to have your role?  ✨ Allie: I would say to find an opportunity to learn more about social media and the world of influencers/ambassadors! It's always changing, and there's always something new! 💖 Pink Lily: Favorite vacation spot?  ✨ Allie: Gulf Shores - this was (and still is) my family's beach vacay spot growing up! 💖 Pink Lily: What is your favorite food?  ✨ Allie: Italian! Let’s kick-off today’s #StaffSpotlight by introducing you to Sidney! 💖 Pink Lily: What do you do here at Pink Lily?  ✨ Sidney: I just recently started at Pink Lily! I am a part of the web merchandising team as the product coordinator. I aide in completing all the tasks & details that go into a product listing! 💖 Pink Lily: What is your favorite aspect of working at Pink Lily? ✨ Sidney: My favorite part of working at Pink Lily is all the amazing people I’ve met and am surrounded by daily. There is never a dull moment on the web team. Apart from the people, one of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is being involved in the fashion process. I am so passionate about buying & merchandising, so working directly with products allows me to immerse myself in the creative journey from concept to completion for web listings. 💖 Pink Lily: When you're not at work, what do you enjoy doing?  ✨ Sidney: When I’m not at work, I love spending time with friends, family, & my dog, Rosie! 💖 Pink Lily: What piece of advice would you share with someone aspiring to have your role?  ✨ Sidney: While I’m still learning the ropes of my position, my advice for aspiring product coordinators is to focus on improving organization and communication skills. Every role at Pink Lily requires team collaboration so be open to suggestions & always have new ideas on hand! 💖 Pink Lily: Favorite vacation spot?  ✨ Sidney: I’ve grown up vacationing in the St. Petersburg area of Florida! It truly is my happy place 🌞 💖 Pink Lily: What is your favorite food?  ✨ Sidney: A good burger is probably my go to! A sweet treat is a must after though. In this role, I oversee our paid ads strategy on both search and social, particularly working on the creative strategy in various campaigns/platforms. 💖 Pink Lily: What is your favorite aspect of working at Pink Lily? ✨ Lindsay: Being on the creative side of things - I'm always looking for new inspiration and brainstorming fun ideas to market fashion. 💖 Pink Lily: When you're not at work, what do you enjoy doing?  ✨ Lindsay: I'm usually reading, working out, or hanging out with friends! 💖 Pink Lily: What piece of advice would you share with someone aspiring to have your role?  ✨ Lindsay: Digital marketing is always evolving so just be in tune to changes on platforms and with various tools. Be ready to react accordingly! 💖 Pink Lily: Favorite vacation spot?  ✨ Lindsay: I love going anywhere with historical tours like D.C. or Boston, but also love a good beach trip, too! Moving here from Vermont and not knowing anyone, that means a lot to help me feel at home here. 💖 Pink Lily: When you're not at work, what do you enjoy doing?  ✨ Lauryn: When I am not at work, I love to get some activity in whether it's a workout class or just a walk with my dog. I also love any kind of outing that includes friends and live music! 💖 Pink Lily: What piece of advice would you share with someone aspiring to have your role?  ✨ Lauryn: My biggest piece of advice would be to curate what you want your life to look like and each day do something that will get you closer to those goals. Success isn't linear and sometimes you will have to have lows to experience the highs. Let’s kick-off today’s #StaffSpotlight by introducing you to Ainsley! 💖 Pink Lily: What do you do here at Pink Lily? ✨ Ainsley: I do the website merchandising, which basically means I change out the marketing assets and launch all the new products and ensure they’re in the correct place(s) on the site. 💖 Pink Lily: What is your favorite aspect of working at Pink Lily? ✨ Ainsley: I think my favorite part is seeing how so many things–big and small–add up to such an impressive and fun brand. There is so much that goes into making Pink Lily what it is and it’s exciting to be part of the complexity of it all. 💖 Pink Lily: When you're not at work, what do you enjoy doing? ✨ Ainsley: I spend most of my spare time reading and traveling. I have a goal to travel somewhere new each year, and this year's new spot will be Greece! 💖 Pink Lily: What piece of advice would you share with someone aspiring to have your role? ✨ Ainsley: A willingness to learn and problem solve can expand your skill set immensely, so take the time to understand more than the basics, be receptive to feedback, and remember that every seemingly insignificant thing still has a purpose in the big picture. 💖 Pink Lily: Favorite vacation spot? ✨ Ainsley: Anything that involves lots of sunshine and puts me near water. 💖 Pink Lily: Favorite food? ✨ Ainsley: Mediterranean food is probably my favorite type of cuisine, but if you told me I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be peanut butter.
