Last week, we had the honor of participating in a beam signing ceremony for the new Be Well OC Irvine Campus. This event marks a significant milestone in a project that will greatly enhance mental health and substance use disorder services in Orange County. We are proud to be the civil engineers for the Be Well Campus, working alongside dedicated partners to bring this vision to life. Tilt-Up Concrete Association: ACHIEVEMENT AWARD - GOODMAN LOGISTICS CENTER - Fullerton The #tiltup Achievement Awards were established to honor projects that use site-cast tilt-up concrete to introduce new building types, advance industry technology, and provide unique solutions to building programs. Our winning entry illustrates tilt-up construction's variety, beauty, and flexibility. TAIT & Associates, Inc. was instrumental in providing #civilengineering services alongside our project team in creating this 1.7 Million SF facility which has positively impacted the local community of #Fullerton by bringing in high-paying jobs to residents. All four buildings were leased and productive before construction completion with tenants that include #SproutsFarmersMarket, #Samsung, and #bandainamco. The #SunsetGlenoaksStudios project is making remarkable strides, with significant site work already completed, including the installation of the main storm drain line.
