Construction of a vehicle maintenance shop for the NYS Office of General Services continues! The new facility will support 17 Army National Guard units within the Capital Region and features 11,000 SF of maintenance space and 8,000 SF of administrative space. Exciting updates: ◾ Interior of the garage is painted ◾ Garage doors were installed ◾ Solar panels on roof and behind the facility were installed ◾ Exterior concrete aprons have been poured ◾ Granite curbs have been installed ◾ Epoxy floors in administrative office were poured In the coming weeks, asphalt will be paved, and epoxy floors will be poured in the garage. When complete, the new facility will qualify for the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Gold Certification with solar panels, a rainwater harvesting system, EV chargers, and more. Crisafulli Bros.
