As the weather warms, there is one activity SMP employees in Long Island City look forward to: the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in Central Park. We are proud to have participated in almost every challenge since its inception 45 years ago. Beyond the health benefits this event provides, it also supports a very important organization: the Central Park Conservancy and its mission of restoring, managing, and enhancing Central Park. This yearly activity allows our employees from different departments to come together in the name of exercise and team building. Together, we walked, ran, or jogged the 3.5-mile course through beautiful Central Park and celebrated with a team dinner after its completion. We are proud to have another Corporate Challenge under our belts – one that improved our fitness and afforded the team some quality time together outside of work!
