Welcome to SoulBody Studios where a new world of harmony and balance are created through movement and recovery. We’re not just a fitness studio – we’re dedicated to a holistic approach that balances physical exercise with mindful recovery. We’re here to guide you on your journey towards true wellness. Group classes include Pilates mat, barre, yoga, yoga sculpt, LIIT (Low Impact Interval Training) and recovery/stretch. Recovery therapies include infrared sauna, red light and salt therapy, compression, and PEMF. There will also be a beautiful selection of athleisure wear as well as supplements that fuel the body to thrive and perform. This is what we call "community care" where movement and recovery fill the body and the soul. Our first location can be found in Fort Myers, FL, USA opening January 2024. A recent conversation with a friend about pursuing a group fitness certification sparked this post. I wanted to share some key considerations for anyone embarking on the group ex journey with her! Things they don't tell you when you get a group fitness certification 👇🏼 💸 Hidden Fees: Certifications often have sneaky costs beyond the base price. Consider licensing, renewal, choreography, etc. Do your research! 💚 Support Matters: Choose a program that offers the support you need - from beginner resources to experienced instructor communities. For example, at SoulBody Fitness we have an instructor Facebook group where we can bounce questions and ideas off of each other - it is amazing! ✔️ Know Your Worth: Get clear on your responsibilities and negotiate pay based on the full workload. It’s official! SoulBody Studios held its grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony with SWFL Inc. There was an awesome turnout and it closed with a packed class full of energy and gratitude 💚 Many know I have been working on this project with a team that has years of experience in the fitness industry. I have been watching the boutique studio space for more than a decade and understand the power of group fitness with SoulBody Fitness programs in clubs all over. I also understand the benefits of diversifying our wellness routine to help us live healthier lives. SoulBody Studios is an intimate space that offers classes that move the body smarter, not harder along with science-backed recovery therapies. This allows the consumer to diversify their wellness routine with one membership. Working alongside ReEnvision Services we can create an ecosystem of wellness for clients and members.
