    Building regenerative and climate positive 🌿economic development in Monterey, CA. Regenerative Monterey is an initiative that leads Monterey County to be an equitable and climate positive economy through innovative, community-led programs across four sectors: tourism, construction, agriculture, and blue economy. Five pilot projects emerged from what the SecondMuse Regenerative Monterey team learned from the participatory research process, and will demonstrate what is possible to build a more regenerative, equitable, and diverse economy.     How did we support in building inclusive pathways for women, trans, and non-binary people in tech? GET Cities was a national initiative launched in 2020, powered by SecondMuse Foundation with catalytic funding from Pivotal Ventures and in partnership with Break Through Tech. The program was designed to accelerate the power and influence of historically excluded people and places in tech through ecosystem alignment and activation to build a more equitable and vibrant economy. GET Cities recently announced their transition into the broader community, marking the sunset of the initiative in its current form.
