    Assured Data Protection was struggling to collect and place updated records into their CRM.     Deidre Hudson believes 2023 forced marketing leaders to adjust their expectations around how to drive revenue. It all starts with choosing the right KPIs. Your KPIs should produce quality leads. Deidre isn't a fan of MQL's because it leads to a quantity over quality mindset. Does an accumulation of points for opening for emails and going to the website mean they are actually in market? The ultimate goal should be to build pipeline and drive revenue so train your team to look for the KPIs that do that.     Hi! My name is Jason Hasenberg and I'm taking over SalesIntel's homepage to shine a light on a few of my teammates who have played a big part in my success as a community leader. Ariana Shannon - Director of Marketing, Brand I directly report to Ariana. From the beginning, she took me under her wing and taught me how to operate within a much bigger team. My experience was in the startup world, where I didn't have the luxury of delegating tasks. Learning how to do this took time, but Ariana was patient with me. Ariana truly cares about me. Not just how well I'm doing in my role, but how well I'm doing mentally and physically. She checks in on me, listens to my rants, is there for me when I need her most. I am extremely grateful to work with her. Manoj Ramnani - CEO & Founder Manoj believed in me when nobody else would. I met Manoj at a conference I hosted in NYC and we instantly connected. A few months later, I left my role and was looking for something new. I reached out to Manoj and pitched him on the idea of bringing me in to help community. In weeks, I had built a presentation and pitched myself to the executive team. Manoj coached me throughout and continued to instill confidence in me. Within the first 3 months of being at SalesIntel, we generated over 4 million impressions and built relationships with 100s of sales and marketing leaders. As the CEO, I wouldn't have expected Manoj to be as involved with community as he is. I love that he comes to me with ideas and listens to mine as well. She is the definition of a team player and I enjoy working alongside her. Amy Kautz - Director of Sales Enablement When I joined SalesIntel, I needed someone to help me learn our product. Amy greeted me with open arms. She walked me through hours of learnings and was there for me if I had questions.
