Applications are now open for the Road Runners Club of America's RunPro Camp, designed to help educate and inform distance runners interested in pursuing a professional running career after college. The 2024 RunPro Camp will be held July 11 – 13, 2024 in Arlington, Virginia.

Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon / Pig Works announced today that Douglas Olberding has been appointed President & CEO, as Iris Simpson Bush moves into the role of Director of Community Engagement, Pig Works. Congratulations to Doug and Iris on their new roles!

As part of the Cummings $30 Million Grant Program, the Dave McGillivray Finish Strong Foundation has earned its largest grant to date from the Cummings Foundation, a $75,000 award that it will receive over the next three years.

The Santa Monica Classic presented by ASICS will celebrate its 19th running with an updated experience when it hits the scenic streets of Santa Monica on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024. The oceanfront road race from The McCourt Foundation annually welcomes more than 7,000 participants.

New name but the same great Portland experience, today the Shamrock Run Portland officially announced its rebranding to the Shamrock Half Marathon Run Fest presented by Toyota. Returning to the downtown waterfront the weekend of March 14-16, 2025; the St. Patrick’s Day-themed event will introduce significant changes to its race format.

The Boston Athletic Association in partnership with Bank of America, today announced that an anticipated $500 million will benefit mission aligned non-profit organizations over the next decade. A new logo for the Boston Marathon was also introduced. The vast majority of these funds will come from the incredible fundraising efforts of those participants in the Bank of America Boston Marathon Official Charity Program.
