The Serendipitous Leaders Two best friends, two decades ago, with less than a few thousands as savings, started an organisation. Nothing different, they say and brush it off, dismissively. They worked tirelessly at their game, all the while raising their kids, finding their purpose in a new country, with hearts full of hope. Every month, with the money they earned, they would take the kids to a Pizza restaurant chain as a treat. Simple pleasures to look forward to. That's all it was at that point in time. As children outgrew their toddler bikes and bedtime stories, the hunger in these women grew. Hungry they were, but not just for the Pizza. The passion to make a difference grew. They realized, slowly, they were transforming lives and making a difference at a very personal level. The Database Professional, the UNIX Expert, or the Software developer, are all people with emotions like any other. They have families. They have lives to lead outside of work. This is what these women see. They see the people in a myriad of colors and not just in black and white. These two serendipitous leaders, know the way, go the way, and show the way.
