The true power of AI is that anyone can write code and ship impactful apps. In under an hour, I was able to build an apartment search tool for SF neighborhoods. Using Replit, Resend, & Rapid, I get a link to the updated map every morning, where I can inspect the listings (usually less than 5) and decide if I want to move forward. Things are changing fast. The possibilities are endless if you're willing to learn and adapt.

Inspired by Claire Vo's fireside chat last night where she pushed for more prototyping and Gen AI fluency among Product Managers, I sat down this morning with a single goal: Make an OpenAI powered chatbot that can tell you a lot more about my experience than a CV ever could. Resumes feel less and less relevant to the job search when you have 10+ years of experience. There's no way to get it all across without sending you a 20-page document, which nobody is going to read. Maybe a chatbot is the better approach. Just ask it what you want to know. No more skimming to find key words. Just ask! Also shoutout to Matt Palmer at Replit for his videos that helped inspire me to build this on Replit. This would have taken twice as long had I built it locally.
