The success of PSC Group’s Railcar Repair Division starts with Safety and Quality. Randall Bellard, PSC Group Quality Assurance Manager, supports our operations and customers with his industry knowledge and multiple NDT certifications. Randall is a certified Level 3 in six NDT methods, which allows for our technicians to be trained and qualified more effectively and efficiently. Randall's Level 3 Certifications include: Leak Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, & Visual Testing
