Alinova Canada, Marusan-AI Co, Earth's Own Food Company and YOSO (Flamaglo Foods) are bringing more soy processing back home to Canada with a project aimed at commercializing a new soymilk powder. With the construction of a new processing facility in Ontario, the partners will work together on product testing and market development, helping diversify Canada’s supply chain while strengthening international markets. Farmers, ingredient processors, food manufacturers and consumers alike will reap the benefits of in-field AI technology from a new project with Croptimistic Technology Inc., TheoryMesh and C-Merak. Collaboratively, the project partners will enhance sustainability in Canada starting in the field through to the dinner table. They will utilize AI to collect crop data, predict process settings to generate high yields and less by-product or waste material, and provide verified data that complies with environmental regulations.
