Prevalon Energy and Innergex Renewable Energy Inc have successfully commercialized the Salvador and San Andrés battery facilities in Chile, marking a significant step forward in sustainable energy solutions.   The Salvador battery facility, located in the Atacama Desert, has a capacity of 50MW/5 hours, and provides grid stability and reliability, leveraging renewable energy to meet the growing demand for clean power. Prevalon and REPT BATTERO have achieved an industry first in system integration testing!   We've conducted qualification and functional testing of an >5MWH DC block to an unprecedented level, setting a new standard for system integration testing. Together, we've developed a cutting-edge testing environment that allows us to validate system performance across various grid use cases.   Throughout the integration testing process, we've monitored and collected thousands of data points and analyzed them to characterize system performance under different environmental conditions. This extensive testing has enabled Prevalon to create a digital twin model of the system, allowing us to make performance guarantee commitments based on specific site conditions and position us to best predict behavior and maintenance requirements throughout the project life.   As the industry reaches scale, we recognize the need to go beyond testing only communication and control. It’s imperative to validate the full operation of the system at full power and across different environmental conditions to ensure performance can be met. We are setting a new standard for excellence in the industry.   But our innovation doesn't stop there! In addition to testing system operation, we've also focused on commissioning and typical maintenance tasks, including battery module replacement, optimizing processes, and ensuring project execution certainty.
