Santhosh holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master's in Construction Management at NYU. He brings strong organizational and time-management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team. Santhosh also has experience managing budgets and contract-related documents, including change orders and requests for proposals. Perfetto's Arverne East Redevelopment project in Far Rockaway New York spans from B32nd to B38th Street featuring the installation of new sanitary, storm sewer, and watermain. We are collaborating with six private utility companies to establish long-lasting infrastructure to service Far Rockaway. The project also features green infrastructure with a variety of swales and curb gratings utilizing nature’s water supply to the fullest.
