    We are honored to be part of the team for the 2024 CFSEI Design Excellence Award-winning (W)rapper project in Los Angeles, California! The PCI Los Angeles team provided the cold-formed steel, interior & exterior fireproofing, framing, sheathing/drywall, drywall finish, plaster, and other scopes for this 175,000+ square foot, 235' tall office tower. The building's unique exoskeleton steel structure wraps around the exterior, eliminating the need for internal columns. We worked alongside MATT Construction and Lochsa Engineering to bring this visionary project to life. The (W)rapper is a testament to technical innovation and creative design, redefining conventional building aesthetics. This award underscores the hard work, dedication, and expertise of our team, who consistently strive to push the boundaries of design and engineering.     We're thrilled to announce that PCI Los Angeles was honored with a CISCA - Ceilings and Interior Systems Construction Association Construction Excellence Award for their work on the Crypto.com Arena Refresh. The project involved capital improvements and upgrades across the iconic building. Our team provided interior finishing scopes, including specialty ceilings, framing, and drywall. This recognition is a testament to the field and branch teams' collaborative effort and dedication with our partners: PCL Construction as the general contractor, Gensler and MEIS Architects for their exceptional design, and AEG in partnership with Crypto.com. We also extend our gratitude to our valued manufacturers: Armstrong World Industries, ClarkDietrich, Hilti North America, and Trim-Tex.     We're firm believers in the power of teamwork and fun. See what our branches have been doing lately to strengthen teamwork and have a blast! PCI Nashville brought their families together for the 24th Annual Moosic City Dairy Dash 5K with APE Jake Leger coming in first for his age division. Later in the month, they got dressed up to enjoy the Iroquois Steeplechase together. 🏃♂️👗 PCI Houston celebrated their administrative professionals with a Houston Astros game and topped it off with a delicious meal together. It was a great time to honor the strength of the team. ⚾🍽️ PCI Promatec brought the heat with their annual chili cookoff, where taste buds battled it out for top honors! With a ton of different chilis to cook from, the branch certainly had their work cut out for them. 🌶️🔥 Here's to good times and great company! #PCIproud #funcompany

Located in Nevada’s tallest occupiable building in La Vegas, the mammoth resort was created by Fontainebleau Development in partnership with Koch Real Estate Investments. Working alongside Fontainebleau Development’s Chief Brand and Design Officer Peter Arnell, design partners selected for Fontainebleau Las Vegas included Carlos Zapata Studio,David Collins Studio,Jeffrey Beers International,Rockwell Group and Lissoni & Partners,Lifescapes International Inc. Fontainebleau Las Vegas includes 3,644 luxury hotel rooms and suites, 550,000 sq. ft. of customisable meeting and convention space, more than 150,000 sq. ft. of gaming space, a collection of 36 world-class restaurants, shops, exquisite pools, vibrant nightlife, and vitality-enhancing spa and wellness offerings. Highlights include a 20,000 sq. ft. lobby, including a 5,000 sq. ft. VIP registration area, and a casino that spans more than 150,000 sq. ft., with 42-foot ceilings featuring 1,300 slot machines and 128 table games. The Fontainebleau Las Vegas’s bedrooms and suites evoke an understated, timeless elegance, rooted in the Fontainebleau brand identity. Here a colour palette of blue and silver water tones with dashes of coral-pink is accented by mercury-glass mirrors and brass details. Leveraging their extensive twenty-year background in hospitality construction services, Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) secured the bid to undertake the Fontainebleau Las Vegas project.
