In fact, OTW Events helps Stand for the Silent provide 2 national $5000 Ty & Laura Smalley Memorial Scholarships in the spring and fall semesters. In addition to now providing 2 local $2500 Scholarships twice a year just for Kansas City residents!! One set aside for residents/students living in Kansas and the other for residents/students living in Missouri! Let's GOOOOOO!!!!!
