Thanks to QSR Magazine for sharing our rebranding journey. Avo originally launched as Avocaderia, the "world's first avocado bar." With guest feedback in mind, we expanded Avo's menu to include more salads and bowls. As our concept grew into a destination for healthy food, we felt it was time for a new name that reflected our transformation. Avo is the destination for seasonal, scratch-made salads and bowls. We’re united by our mission to create comfort through healthy meals, and believe that when you eat well, you can do better for yourself, your community, and the world. To achieve this, we make people crave healthy food: our menu features dishes everyone knows and loves, reinterpreted with an eye towards health, vibrant color, and extra satisfying flavors. Our portions are designed to be generously filling and the stars of our menu are seasonal salads and bowls, gourmet avocado toasts, and creamy smoothies. Quality is at the center of everything we do: good ingredients make great food, and great people make an incredible team. That’s why we focus our efforts on building a great place to work for our employees, where everyone has the opportunity to have a direct impact on the business, on the community and on their own growth.
