Meet Wilmarie Jeremy De La Cruz, the Orange County Utilities Employee of the Year for the Engineering Division. As an Engineer II, Wilmarie manages multiple projects for our Northwest and Eastern Water Reclamation Facilities. She's known for her proactive approach, helpful nature, and ability to embrace challenges with a positive attitude. While excelling in her current role, she continues to lend her expertise to the Solid Waste Division and her previous development team.
