Meet Wilmarie Jeremy De La Cruz, the Orange County Utilities Employee of the Year for the Engineering Division. As an Engineer II, Wilmarie manages multiple projects for our Northwest and Eastern Water Reclamation Facilities. She's known for her proactive approach, helpful nature, and ability to embrace challenges with a positive attitude. While excelling in her current role, she continues to lend her expertise to the Solid Waste Division and her previous development team. What's more, she oversees training initiatives throughout the year as the Training Committee Lead. Congratulations, Wilmarie!

Aaron is an Industrial Mechanic II who has shown incredible dedication to operational excellence, from rebuilding a stationary generator's engine to ensuring the work group area complies with safety recommendations.
